Refunds are only available within the first 30 days of purchase.Participants must have completed less than 30% of the course content to qualify for a refund.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed after deducting a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs. Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions: If more than 30% of the course content has been completed. If the refund request is made after 30 days from the purchase date.
