Please include your full name, contact information, and proof of course registration.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after deducting a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs. A refund will not be granted if more than 25% of the course content has been completed, or if the request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.

3. Completion Requirement

The course is designed for optimal learning, and participants are expected to complete at least 70% of the course to gain full access to its benefits.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests based on emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. No-Show Policy

As the course is pre-recorded, failure to engage with the course content will not result in a refund or course transfer.
